Almost all zines are now made to order. Typically orders ship within 7 working days, but during busy periods or for big orders it may be longer.

Most orders are posted in a postbox like a good old fashioned letter. But you have two options for shipping, depending on where you’re ordering to.

If you’re in the UK:

• Royal Mail First Class - orders are posted like a letter depending on size. Once posted aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - orders receive a tracking number and aims to deliver items the next working day including Saturdays

If you’re outside the UK:

• International standard - orders are posted like a letter depending on size.

• International tracked - orders receive a tracking number and aim to be delivered within 7 working days. This can incur additional tax charges, which is why it can be a more expensive option.

If you’re making a larger order, I recommend a tracked shipping option for peace of mind.

Postal delivery times, particularly for letters and international can be quite variable. Some orders have unfortunately taken several weeks to arrive.

If you selected tracked shipping, use the tracking number provided to get updates on your order’s progress with Royal Mail. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, get in touch and I can resend it.

If you selected untracked shipping, get in touch I can provide evidence of postage (usually a photo of your order going in the postbox!). I can’t provide updates on orders once they’ve shipped.

I really want you to love the zines you’ve ordered. If you would like to return them for any reason, please get in touch to organise a return.

Return postage is your responsibility and any zines must be returned in a saleable condition. Once returned, your order value, minus any postage fees, will be returned.

Please allow 14 days for processing once orders have been received.
